YOUR SESSION

HYDRATE WELL
Drink plenty of water before your appointment. Staying hydrated helps your body process the energy work, flush toxins, and get the full benefits of massage and herbal remedies.

EAT LIGHTLY
A light meal or snack is fine, but try to avoid heavy meals beforehand so your body can stay relaxed and receptive during the session.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING
You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level for massage (you’ll always be properly draped). For energy or herbal treatments, loose-fitting clothes work best. You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes if desired.

ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY
Give yourself time to slow down and settle in. This helps ease the transition from the outside world into your healing space.
